What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — for example, whether you have already accepted the cookie notice — so you do not see it again on your next visit.

Cookies do not give us access to your device or to personal information you have not chosen to share with us. Most cookies are harmless and help us provide a better experience on our site.

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always active — cannot be disabled

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They record your cookie consent preference so that the notice does not appear on every page you visit. Without them, the site cannot operate as intended. They do not collect personal information for marketing purposes.

Duration: Up to 12 months (persistent)  ·  Provider: Teratai Konsult

Analytics Cookies

Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are most visited, how long people stay, and where they come from. The information is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. We use this data to improve the website over time.

Duration: Up to 24 months  ·  Provider: Google Analytics (anonymised)

Marketing Cookies

Optional

These cookies are used to understand the effectiveness of any advertising we run and to limit the number of times you see the same advertisement. We use them sparingly; if you would prefer not to be tracked for this purpose, you may disable them here.

Duration: Up to 90 days  ·  Provider: Meta Pixel, Google Ads (if active)

Preference Cookies

Optional

These cookies remember settings you have chosen — such as your preferred language or region — so that you do not need to re-enter them on each visit. Disabling them will not prevent you from using the site, but you may find certain settings reset between sessions.

Duration: Up to 12 months  ·  Provider: Teratai Konsult

Third-Party Services

Where you have enabled optional cookies, the following third-party services may place cookies on your device:

  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics (anonymised). Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Meta Pixel — if marketing cookies are enabled and any advertising is active. Meta's policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We do not control the cookies placed by third-party services. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle personal data.

Cookie Duration

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. They are used, for example, to maintain your state during a single browsing session.

Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period — as described in each cookie category above — or until you delete them. They allow the site to remember your preferences between visits.

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can manage, block or delete cookies at any time using your browser's settings. Instructions for common browsers are below. Note that disabling all cookies may affect the functionality of some websites.

Google Chrome

Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top right. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data. From there you can block third-party cookies, clear existing cookies, or manage exceptions for specific sites. To delete cookies for a specific site, visit the site, click the padlock icon in the address bar, and select "Cookies and site data".

Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox and click the menu button (☰) at the top right. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security. Under "Cookies and Site Data" you can manage stored data, set enhanced tracking protection, and clear cookies. You can also add exceptions for sites you trust.

Apple Safari

On a Mac, open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy. You can block all cookies or block cross-site tracking. To clear cookies, go to Safari > Clear History. On iOS, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data to view and remove cookies from specific sites.

Microsoft Edge

Open Edge and click the three-dot menu (…) at the top right. Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies and manage per-site exceptions. To clear existing cookies, go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.

Your Rights

You may withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time by adjusting your preferences above or by clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of cookie use prior to withdrawal.

If you disable all optional cookies, the website will continue to function. You will simply no longer contribute to our analytics data and will not see any targeted advertising from us on other platforms.

For questions about our use of cookies or to exercise rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, please contact us at [email protected].
